Definition: Accessories refer to any items which can get MESO/DROP % on their non-bonus potential lines.
Definition: CRIT DMG % refers to the sum of the values of MIN CRIT DMG % and MAX CRIT DMG % in a given context.
Definition: UL stands for unique line.
Definition: LL stands for lengendary line.
Definition: ALL means ALL STAT.
Definition: STAT refers to one (your choice) and only one of DEX, INT, LUK, STR.

Even though this is better than having no data, I regret this decision because of transparency issues. I will replace this data in the future and only accept data from people who are willing to identify themselves.

Using blacks Using reds This is the data we used. We had taken at least 10 items from E to U and U to L with only reds and only blacks.

Other (independent) data with a much larger sample size which shows very similar averages. Note: I didn't just pick this out because it happened to have similar averages - it just happens to be the only other source of tiering data I could find.
Assumptions

Except for 2 lines of CRIT DMG, we always assumed (for simplicity) that legendary items had 1 legendary line and 2 unique lines.
