• Use an emotions wheel to describe your journey as you solve one of the Jacobson problems on this homework. Typically, observing your feelings can allow you to recognize the process that parts of your body (including your mind/brain) participate through as you focus on solving a problem. 

        It has been useful for me to recognize that all the feelings that come up are temporary and to acknowledge that many
        emotions can come up at the same time and to recognize the relationship between physical sensations and emotions/feelings.
