General Info

The Textbook for this course: Elementary Linear Programming with Applications (2nd edition) by Bernard Kolman and Robert E. Beck.
Supplementary text (not required): Introduction to Linear Optimization by Dimitris Bertsimas and John Tsitsikils. Athena Scientific.

The Course Grade will be calculated as follows:

3 Quizzes - 5%
3 Problem sets - 15%
Term Test - 30%
Final Exam - 50%

Important: There will be no make up term test! If you have a valid reason for missing the test, your final exam weight will be increased to include the weight of the term test.

Exam dates (tentative):

Term Test: Wed, Feb 28.

Final Exam: Tue, Apr 10, 2-5pm.
