Oh, isn't it ugly? These two hills over the road used to be a forest, one of the few green areas in Jerusalem. Why do we bury our dead, permanently taking away land that could have had better uses? And if we really must have cemeteries, why so ugly?
Where there is a practical monopoly, it produces an ugly output. It could be different:
