Dear Students 

We are done using the KB textbook at this point in the course. It has served its purpose.

We will be using only the BT textbook from now on (unless I explicitly announce otherwise). 

To learn about the simplex method, it is recommended to read Ch 3 of the BT textbook, as it leads to a better *understanding* of the situation. In fact, I recommend you don't read Chapter 2 of the KB textbook, because it uses slightly different terminology and a less general approach.
