Classifying semi-free Hamiltonian S^1-manifolds of dimension 6.

Abstract:

I will describe a method that allows to classify certain Hamiltonian S^1-manifolds using symplectic topology of the reduced spaces. We show that the isomorphism type of these manifolds depends on certain fixed point data if the reduced spaces satisfy a "rigidity" condition. We will also discuss the case of manifolds with only isolated fixed points.
