Abstract: The Futaki invariant is an obstruction to the existence of the Kaihler-Einstein metric on compact Kaihler manifolds with positive first Chern class. In this talk, we will learn that how to compute the Futaki invariant on complete intersections. Furthermore,we will give an introduction to the Bando-Futaki invariants and get to know the computation on Hypersurfaces.
