Gift policy
I cannot accept any gift from
- anyone who is currently a student (undergraduate or graduate)
at the University of Toronto;
- anyone who is planning to study at the University of Toronto;
- any friend or relative of any student or prospective student
at the University of Toronto;
Grading policy
All grades in all classes are computed strictly on the basis of
student performance.
Other
I am never able to offer
summer research positions, or any sort of employment, to people who are
not currently students at a Canadian university.
If you are not a student at a Canadian university and you send me a message enquiring about such a position, I will assume that you have not taken the time to read this note (also posted on my web page on research opportunities for students) and I will immediately delete the message without replying.
