About the U of T Mathematics Network

The Network is sponsored by the Mathematical Sciences Departments at the University of Toronto, including (among others) the Departments of Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics.

It is designed to encourage high school students to actively participate in doing mathematics, providing cooperative, competitive, interesting, and interactive projects, as well as more traditional problems and other quality resource material.

The Network is also intended to promote communication and mathematical discussion between high schools (in both curricular and extra-curricular settings) and the university, and to establish a connection from the high-school mathematical experience to mathematics at the university level and beyond.
