Updates on various issues:

0] I will be holding, barring last minute changes, an office hour on Monday, May 4, 2 p.m. (SS4091).

1] The final exam material and related notes appear here. To access old exams, not all of which contain the same material, go to http://eres.library.utoronto.ca/courseindex.asp, then choose A&S-Mathematics, then A&S-MAT244H, and after pressing "Accept" for agreeing to the terms, a choice of exams will appear.

2] This link solves an old exam problem in three different ways, which, while not at all any more important than other problems as preparation for the final, was not done perfectly in class, so is now given here.

3] As of 15/4/03, assignment 7 along with earlier ones, solutions to the last quiz and to older quizzes and the midterm, are all available for pick-up outside my office (SS4091).

4] All homework solutions are now in this web site (including sample problems from Section 5.7).

5]Generally, I will be available upon email request on Wed. 2-3 and Fri. 1-2, in SS4091, if I am not out of town.

6] As requested in class, please resubmit, and as soon as possible, the (already graded) first assignment for the purpose of recording the grade.
Note that this is requested only for recording the grade. A paper that was not already graded, will not be accepted.

8] Note that there are no makeups of missed quizzes. Absences will only be accepted with appropriate documentation.
