Students who
did not write Term-test 1 on Nov. 4 due to illness will have to write the above
Make-up Test. These people should forward a copy of their doctor's note or a
copy of their ROSI H1N1 Declaration to Anthony Lam, either in person (Office:
BA6125) or through the Secretary at the front desk of the Math Office (BA6290),
unless they have already done so. This note should include the student's Name
and Student Number and should mention the fact that the student did not write
the test on Nov. 4. Those students who have been granted special permission to
skip the test on Nov. 4 because of very special conflicts must also write the
above Make-up Test. Anyone who has already written the test on Nov. 4 is not
allowed to write the Make-up Test. The Make-up Test will have the same format
and will cover the same material as the regular test.
