Description
Buttermilk fried chicken.
Ingredients
4 lbs of chicken cut into frying pieces
Buttermilk mixture
1 liter of buttermilk
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
Seasoned flour
2 cups of flour
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp paprika
Frank's RedHot sauce
Directions
Mix chicken into buttermilk marinade and refrigerate overnight.
Shake marinade off each piece of chicken and dredge in seasoned flour.
Fry in 425 degree oil until chicken reaches 155F.
Rest chicken on wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
