Some of my papers.
A paper on the trapping of Solitons (2002)
A paper I wrote to introduce people to prequantization. Very basic introduction.
A poster that I presented at SQUINT 2006

My paper on the exact evaluation of the Potts partition function for a family of "graphs" that I constructed. Accepted for publication in Comm. Math. Phys.

This paper is similar to to the paper on the Potts model. It is about how quantum computers will be good at evaluatin\ g certain Weight Enumerators with all the statistical physics stripped away. Exponential speed up over the best classical algorithms!

This paper was published by Springer recently. I introduce a new mapping between quantum circuits and graphs and give an application. I have several more applications in mind based on this construction.

My paper *Classical Ising model test for quantum circuits* has been completed. We have submitted it to Comm. Math. Phys.

I have some new work on the quantum computation of the Potts partition function defined over a certain class of hypergraphs. I have not released the results yet but may do so at some point in the future.

My first bioinformatics paper is entitled "A comprehensive catalogue of functional genetic variations in the EGFR pathway: protein-protein interaction analysis reveals novel genes and polymorphisms important for cancer research." It has been published in the International Journal of Cancer and can be retrieved here.
