Abstract: I will discuss
fibering a manifold-with-boundary over a closed manifold, as a locally
trivial fiber bundle, when they are sufficiently close in the
Gromov-Hausdorff sense. Although the manifold-with-boundary will be
assumed to satisfy certain sectional curvature and second-fundamental
form bounds, as well as a type of injectivity radius bound, it turns
out that a fiber bundle structure still exists even if the closed
manifold is a priori replaced by more general types of spaces.
