Textbook: Complex Variables 2nd edition, by S.D. Fisher. Syllabus contains further details about the material we will cover in the class. Evaluation. The term mark will be based on 4 quizzes (25 min. each) and one 50 min Term Test held in class. Each of the quizzes will be worth 12.50% and the Term Test 50% of the Term Mark (T.M.). The final Course Mark will be the weighted average of the Term Mark (T.M.) and the Final Exam Mark (F.E.M.): Mark= 60% max(T.M.;F.E.M.)+40% min(T.M.;F.E.M.).Term Test Date: March 3 Quiz Dates: January 27, February 10, March 17, March 31 Problems Sets: The following problems are not to be submitted for marking but they are essential for the understanding of the material and preparation for the quizzes and tests. |
