in my thesis I construct Eisenstein cohomology classes for congruence subgroups of a rational form of
the semisimple real Lie group SO(n,2), available as pdf-file.

Bianchi groups and the volume of fundamental domains for them, available
as pdf-file. For visual sustainment take a look at Allen Hatcher's drawings
of Bianchi orbifolds, which - of course - are treasuries in their own right.
