We will meet Tuesday 9-11am and Thursday 9-10am, in Room 224 North Building.

Tutorials are on Mondays 15:00-17:00 in Room 1143, South building.

Our textbook is Fundamentals of Complex Analysis for Mathematics, Science and Engineering, by E.B. Saff and A.D. Snider. We will cover most of the book up to Chapter 7.

There will be 3 assignments which will be given out in the lectures; each will be worth 10% of the total mark. There will be 2 term tests written during the lecture times; each will be worth 15% of the total mark. The tests will be given in the beginning of October and in the beginning of November. A final examination will account for the remaining 40%.

The academic regulations of the University of Toronto are outlined in the Erindale College 2002-2003 Calendar and should be understood by all students. Exemption from any regulations (for example, missing a test) may be made on medical or compassionate grounds. Requests must be made in writing (NOT orally) and mailed (NOT handed) to the Professor.
