Then use the F_j's as bulding blocks for a large
collection of sets.

This is the missing part of the of the Monotone Class Theorem.

Problem 4:
Notice that the liminf is the union of an increasing
sequence of sets.

Problem 6:
Write \Lambda' as a countable union of finite sets.
